Photographs may be edited, stored, and delivered through our photography workflow and online gallery providers.

For children under 14, we seek consent from a parent or person with parental authority where required. For children aged 14 and older, consent will be obtained in accordance with applicable Quebec law.

Use of photographs for marketing: Photographs will be used for promotional purposes, such as our website, portfolio, social media, advertisements, or other marketing materials, only when the appropriate authorization has been obtained. We do not sell your email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Private Online Galleries

Your photographs may be delivered through an online gallery or other digital delivery platform.

Gallery access may be provided through a private link, password, or other access control, depending on the platform. Please keep any access details confidential and avoid sharing private gallery links with people you do not want to have access to your photographs.

Anyone who receives a shareable gallery link may be able to access the photographs if the platform's settings permit it. Please contact us if you have concerns about access to your gallery.

8. Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website or third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies to support website functionality, remember preferences, understand website traffic, or improve the user experience.

The types of cookies used depend on the tools and settings active on our website. You may be able to manage cookies through your browser settings and, where applicable, through the website's cookie preferences.

If we use analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies that require consent, we will implement the applicable consent measures.

9. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information we hold to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration.

These measures may include restricted access to files and accounts, password protection, secure service providers, and appropriate storage and backup practices.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If a confidentiality incident occurs, we will take the steps required by applicable law, which may include assessing the risk, notifying affected individuals or the relevant authority, and maintaining required records.

10. How Long We Keep Personal Information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, provide our services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Photographs, galleries, contracts, payment records, and other information may have different retention periods depending on the service, storage arrangements, and applicable requirements.

When information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it, subject to legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Please note that removing photographs from an active online gallery does not necessarily mean all copies, backups, or records held by service providers have been immediately deleted.
